*Appetizers*

The perfect idea for a delicious, healthy snack. A selection of carrot sticks, celery sticks, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.
Served with a your choice of Creamy Dill Dip or Curry Dip.

*Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail*

An artfully arranged bowl of tender jumbo shrimp served with zesty cocktail sauce and garnished with lemon wedges.

*Cocktail Hors D'oeuvres*

An assortment of mouth-watering hot and cold hours d'oeuvres made in our own kitchen. Cocktail sausage rolls, mini quiche, spanokopita, Swedish meatballs, Brie and cranberry bundles, chicken or shrimp vol au vents, Mushroom and Cheese in Filo, Stuffed Mushrooms, to be served warm.

Cold Canapés with shrimp, smoked salmon or pate, stuffed tomatoes, curried chicken and mango, shrimp salad on a rice cracker.
